How It Works
Those interested will complete a series of questions related to career, education, future goals, interests, etc. Mentor and mentee connections will be based on the answers. Alumni will be connected via email and then it will be up to the alumni to coordinate a meeting schedule (phone, virtual or in-person).

Time Commitment
Each match will vary. The program is designed to take 6-7 months (6-8 hours). The mentor and mentee can discuss how often meetings will take place. The program will be reviewed at the end of the year with a survey that will be sent out to everyone.

Please Note
By applying to this program there is no direct job placement. Matches are not guaranteed, although every effort will be made to match everyone. You may choose to opt out at any time.
