What is the Parents' Activities Committee?

We think of the Grammar community as a family and no organization within the school captures that spirit more unmistakably than the Parents' Activities Committee (PAC).

All members of the Grammar parent community are automatically members of the PAC. Through their efforts, the entire school comes together to support the academic, arts, and athletic needs of the school as well as to enjoy themselves.

Events such as the Grammar School Holiday Munch, the ice cream social, the annual book fair, and World Language and Culture Day have become a central part of the Grammar experience.

Upcoming Events & Reminders

February PAC Meeting
February 26
Join us on Monday, Feb. 26, at 8:30 am for our monthly PAC meeting.

World Language and Culture Day (Prep School)
March 1
Join us on March 1 as our Prep School students take a journey around the world to experience different cultures and food. To make this event enjoyable and meaningful for the students, we ask Parent volunteers to host classrooms, each representing a different region of the world – including presentations, performances, crafts, and food.  If you can assist in any of these areas, we encourage you to sign up here.

Kitchen Door Fundraiser
March 19
This spring, we are once again offering special holiday treats from Kitchen Door Catering! Order a variety of squares or frozen cookie dough by March 19 and it will be delivered prior to the Easter weekend. Click here for details.

Prep School Dance
March 22
Join us for our first Prep School Dance from 6 - 8pm on March 22!  There will be dancing, games and treats!  If you are interested in helping, please contact Marybeth Mackenzie and/or Rebecca Fares.

Staff Appreciation Luncheon
April 3
For those who are not familiar with this tradition, each spring our parents put together an amazing luncheon at the school for our Grammar teachers and staff in appreciation of the wonderful work they do at the school each year.  To truly make this a memorable event, we need parents to make food, donate a door prize, help serve, set up, clean up, etc.  A sign-up link is coming soon.
