Grammar Defends Title as Senior Provincial Debate Champions
We're thrilled to announce another triumph for our debate team - we've successfully defended our title at the Senior Provincial Championships!
We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Chloe Rankin and Gail Emsley for their outstanding performance, securing first place after the regular rounds and going on to defeat an excellent team from Charles P. Allen High in the final round. We also congratulate Annika Parkash and Xander Christian for their commendable fifth-place finish.
Individually, our team members distinguished themselves:
Gail - Third place
Chloe - Fifth place
Annika - Tenth place
Our gratitude to Marsel Shepard-Martinez, Eta Gao, Cindy Liang, and Grace Li for generously volunteering their time as moderators. Additionally, we express our appreciation to Eden O’Leary ’23 and Finn Hamlyn for their role as judges.
