Classes of 1972 & 1973 - 50th Reunion

Grammar was thrilled to be a part of the 50th reunion planning for the Classes of 1972 and 1973. Peter Merchant '72 has been consistently reuniting with members from his graduating class over the year. He took the lead to make this event happen - covid or no covid. Assisting him with the planning was Robert Hawkins '72, David Black '73 & Chris von Maltzahn '73, as they decided to combine efforts since their classes were so small. Members of the classes travelled from all over Canada to attend their reunion weekend, with Peter himself travelling from Alberta. The group got together for drinks and dinner at Cafe Chianti on a Friday evening which included lots of reminiscing about their time at Grammar. The following morning, 1972 classmates, Peter, Ian and Allen, joined us for a coffee reception and tour of Grammar. They enjoyed looking through yearbooks, telling tales and hearing how the school carries on the Founder's vision to this day.
