Athletic Awards Banquet
HGS Sports Awards Banquet
Tuesday June 7th
6:00 – 8:00 pm
St. Mary’s Boat Club
1641 Fairfield Rd.
Halifax, Nova Scotia
All members of HGS athletic teams (M2-S3) and their coaches and parents are
invited.
We are asking team members to each bring a food item* and
we will all enjoy a potluck banquet. To make things less complicated,
we have assigned each team food items to bring.
Please bring the following items according to your team:
ALL FOOD ITEMS MUST BE NUT FREE
Hockey, Touch Football & Soccer teams bring salads
Basketball, Volleyball & Tennis bring main dishes or casseroles
Cross Country, Skiing, Track and Field bring desserts
Golf and Badminton bring rolls or bread
*If your child is a member of more than one team, the choice is yours!
We will also need a few parents to help organize and monitor the buffet tables.
Please label any utensils/dishes so we can get them back to you.
Please let Ms. Kiley know if you are able to help and direct any questions you
may have regarding the potluck dinner to her @ jkiley@hgs.ns.ca
