Grammar ski team has an outstanding season

Congratulations to the Grammar Ski Team on an outstanding season.

Congratulations to the Grammar Ski Team on an outstanding season despite some uncooperative weather conditions. The Jr. Team won the Capital Region Banner (Charlie Wilson, Charlie Hunter, Duncan MacLeod, Adam Clarke, Stephen Cramm). The Intermediate Girls Team also won the Capital Region Banner (Elsie Gillis, Livia Dunn, Sophie McKegney, Anna Bakowski and Haley Whitman). The Intermediate Boys Team came second (Grant Keefe, Henry Wilson, Matt Fraser, Jacob Gamble, Olin Bailly, and Jonah Esaiw) and the Senior Girls team came third (Katie Waller, Maddie Gillis, Rebeccah Raphael, Katie Blunden, Maura Whitman). Our Grammar Senior Boys (Ian Keefe and Noah Hann) finished 1st and 2nd.

In all, a record 20 H.G.S. skiers qualified for provincials. At provincials during March Break, 7 skiers represented Grammar well, with Ian Keefe winning the Senior Boys' Championship and Maddie Gillis winning the Senior Girls' Championship.

Congratulations to all on your athleticism and positivity, as you represented Grammar admirably in every way.
