Congratulations to the Class of 2017!!

The week of June 12-16 was an exciting one for Grammar's class of 2017. We wish the best of luck to the graduates, and we look forward to hearing about their future accomplishments at future alumni events.

The annual Lifer Dinner was held on May 25 at the Westin Nova Scotia. The Lifers (students who have attended Grammar since Grade Primary) and their families celebrated the past thirteen years at Grammar and the fond memories they share.

Prom was held at the Westin Nova Scotia on June 13. The beautiful weather gave students and parents the opportunity to take photos at the Halifax Public Gardens.

The Class of 2017 was officially inducted into Grammar's Alumni Association on June 14. The New Alumni Reception was held at the Stubborn Goat Gastropub, with students, alumni, faculty, and staff in attendance. Kirk Drabble and Dahlia Chahine were selected as the Class of 2017 representatives. Ms. Kathy DeGrasse was also honoured at the reception, as she is retiring after 42 years of teaching at Grammar.

Grad Dinner was held at the Marriott Harbourfront on June 15, where parents, grandparents, faculty, staff, and alumni all came together to celebrate this year's grads. Head of Senior School, Matt Moffatt, did his annual student roast, sharing special memories of each of the grads.

This year's Graduation Ceremony was held on June 16. Zoe Hogue'18 sang O Canada and Andrew Son performed a beautiful piece on the piano. Jack Farrell and Ben Gillis shared valedictorian duties and treated the crowd to a funny and heartwarming farewell to their classmates.
